Freeware Review Wiki Guidelines

(ClifNotes 050826) I feel guidelines is a better term than rules. Other than that, we'll have to agree on these. I've put a few ideas down on the frontpage but I'm sure we'll need more.

The editors here will enforce guidelines that allow no posting of swear words, adult material, or links and information that promote the violation of any laws. At all times, we will strive to adhere to the best fair use practices to avoid any appearance of copyright infringement. We do not like links to commercial or adult content unless it's a for good reason.
